These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jillikk platform. By registering an account or accessing any jillikk service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use jillikk. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is mandatory.
Each individual may hold only one jillikk account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
All deposits, withdrawals, and balances on jillikk are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency transactions are accepted.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one jillikk Account. jillikk is required to verify the identity and age of all users before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. jillikk reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
All deposits to your jillikk Account must be made using payment methods accepted by jillikk, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jillikk does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts not registered in your name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. jillikk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. jillikk reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jillikk are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
jillikk reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where it determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other users to exploit promotional offers.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion will expire and be removed from your Account without notice. jillikk is not obligated to reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
All bets placed on the jillikk Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. jillikk reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price due to a technical error, or placed in breach of these Terms.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, jillikk's records shall be the definitive source of truth. All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on jillikk are independently audited for fairness and compliance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillikk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, jillikk reserves the right to withhold any Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jillikk Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jillikk Platform without prior written consent from jillikk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jillikk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
jillikk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jillikk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jillikk collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jillikk will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jillikk's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
